Words of inspiration from our lead instructor, Chloe Luckett:
Two years into a traumatic brain injury. It’s something I thought would change my life in a negative way, and in some aspects it has. But more than anything else, it’s allowed me a new perspective, and helped me realize what I value in life.
Family, friends, and community. Resilience, role models, and goals.
These values have lead me towards yoga and it’s restorative healing properties, and the recovery program LoveYourBrain.
My goal to teach yoga in rehab settings has now grown as I work alongside Shanti Hot Yoga, Lululemon Halifax, and Brain Injury Association of Nova Scotia, and welcomed LoveYourBrain Yoga to Halifax in April 2018.
Don’t let your injury define you.
